Coastal Elite Roofing

After buying my home, I could tell the roof system, gutters, soffits, and fascia were all worn out and needed real attention. A friend recommended Coastal Elite Roofing after having a great experience, so I scheduled a roofing estimate. Caleb came out, walked me through the condition of the roof, explained the roofing and gutter work in simple terms, and answered every question clearly. He was honest, professional, and made me feel like he truly wanted the best solution for my home. I decided to move forward with the roof and gutter project right away. The crew tore off the old roof and completed the full roof replacement very quickly, then returned to finish the soffits, fascia, and gutters. They worked hard, stayed organized, and did a great job cleaning up the property when the work was done. The whole process felt smooth and well managed from start to finish. They went beyond what I expected with their workmanship, communication, and attention to detail. I was especially impressed with how efficiently they handled everything while still delivering quality results. I would absolutely give them six stars for courtesy, professionalism, honesty, value, and overall roofing service.

I’m very grateful for how fast they handled my roofing repair. They quickly set up a roof inspection, sent over a clear estimate, and scheduled a technician to fix a small roof leak. Jesse really went above and beyond during the visit. He took photos of the damaged shingles and problem area, showed me exactly what was going on, and explained the repair process in simple terms so I knew what to expect. The technician even came out earlier than the scheduled appointment to complete the roof repair, which was a big help. They contacted me before arriving, followed the right steps, and made the whole process easy and professional from start to finish. It’s hard to find a roofing company that is willing to handle smaller repairs with the same care as a larger job, but they absolutely did. I had been trying to get answers about the leak for a while and was not getting much help elsewhere, so their quick response and strong customer service really stood out. They were honest about the repair pricing, the minimum service charge was fair, and they still made the time to inspect the roof and take care of the issue properly. In a place like Oceanside, where roofs deal with strong sun, heat, and coastal weather, it’s important to have roofers who respond fast and know how to protect your home. If you need a reliable roofing company in Oceanside for leak repair, flashing issues, shingle damage, or general roof service, I highly recommend them. They were friendly, responsive, budget-friendly, and clearly take pride in their roofing work and customer care.

We hired Coastal Elite Roofing for a full roof replacement on our home after speaking with hayden from the sales team. hayden was very professional and really helped us choose the best roofing option for our needs and budget. He walked us through several shingle choices and explained what would work well for our home in the heat and sun. We decided on the Signature Select Class 4 shingle, and the finished roof looks great and adds strong curb appeal. the whole process felt smooth, and we would gladly use them again for future roofing or exterior home projects.

We had a really good experience with Coastal Elite Roofing. The price, workmanship, and project timing all lined up well from the start. Our project manager was richard, and he stayed on schedule, kept communication open, and answered every question clearly. His crew worked efficiently without cutting corners, and they cleaned up the property well each day, which matters a lot because roofing work can get messy fast. We are about halfway through the roofing and exterior work, and so far everything has been smooth and well organized. The roof installation is looking great, and the team also explained the next steps for the fascia, soffits, gutters, siding, and windows so we knew what to expect. In Oceanside, it is important to have a roof and exterior materials that can handle strong sun, coastal air, and changing weather, and the work so far gives us confidence. i appreciated how professional the crew was, we felt informed through each phase, and richard made sure the job site stayed neat. overall, we are happy with the progress and look forward to seeing the full finished result.

Richard and his roofing crew replaced the roof on our home, and it has held up very well over the years. The shingles are still tight, secure, and leak-free, even after many strong rain and wind storms in Oceanside. We have never had any blow-offs or needed unexpected roof repair, which says a lot about the quality of the roofing work and installation. Recently, I reached out to Richard to replace the chimney flashing after normal wear over time. He inspected the roof promptly, explained the issue clearly, and completed the flashing repair within the same week. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’m very happy to recommend this roofing company to friends, family, and clients. The service is excellent, the workmanship is dependable, and the pricing offers strong value for the money. If you need roof replacement, flashing repair, or general roofing service in Oceanside, this team does solid, reliable work.
