Excellent service! They are incredibly responsive and were able to get a tech out the same day. They immediately found the issue, explained it clearly, and got our pumps and jets working again. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Coe Crew Pools took over my pool maintenance and repair a couple of months ago, and the difference compared with my previous provider has been like night and day.
They are timely, responsive, and, most importantly, they really know what they're doing—not only when it comes to routine pool maintenance, but also when it comes to diagnosing and handling repairs. I receive a detailed report and photos after every weekly visit, which gives me confidence that my pool and equipment are being properly monitored.
I've been extremely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. If you're looking for a pool company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Coe Crew Pools.
We had an excellent experience with COE Crew Pool! They came out and replaced our pool filter system, and the entire process was outstanding from start to finish.
Joe was absolutely amazing; very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. He clearly knows his work and made sure everything was done properly. The service was excellent, the work was done efficiently, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Thank you to Joe and the entire COE Crew Pool team for the outstanding service! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and professional pool service!
My positive experience with Coe Crew Pools friendly service began with Terry when I spoke with her over the phone. I knew right away that this company genuinely cared about their customers. When Kyle, the service technician came out to perform the service, I realized that this caring culture of theirs extended beyond the front office. Kyle took his time to explain the service that he was performing and how I could better take care of the pool to increase its performance. Kyle was very thorough and did an outstanding job. In a day and age, when many businesses are just about the bottom line and getting in and out quick, Coe Crew Pools demonstrates that customer service is still a priority. Terry and Kyle, I’m so grateful. I would highly recommend Coe Crew Pools!
We had an amazing expert with Joe from Cow Crew Pools! Joe came out the NEXT day after our request to replace our pool heater. He was professional, clean and efficient. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Coe Cree has been servicing our pool for several years. We are very happy with their work and recommend them.
Our experience have been amazing. Eric has been so nice and always gives me a head up before arriving so I can secure our dogs. But overall we are happy with our service. Thank you. I would highly recommend Coe Crew for anyone looking.
We have had recent problems with our pool pump and contacted Joe, owner of Coe Crew Pools. He has been on top of things to get our pool fixed. We needed a new pump and Joe did the research for parts and gave us the 3 options to fix the problem. He did not try to upsell us and we appreciated his honesty and dedication. We highly recommend Joe and his team of professionals.
