Casey and his wife were so honest, helpful and communicative. I reached out with a hot tub leak and not only did they try to fit me in before their vacation, but they ended up helping me fix the issue for free by taking a look at the videos I sent to them. It ended up being a simple fix I could do on my own (I.e., a loose pipe that just needed to be tightened.)
It blew me away that they were willing to diagnose and offer free services when they could have charged the visit fee and made a profit. I will definitely be using them now for any other needs I have as they have both experience and deep integrity.
