SD pool tile did a great job. Pool tile very clean.
Thank you, Bob, we appreciate the kind words. We're glad your pool tile is looking great and that you were happy with the job. We look forward to helping you again in the future.
The team arrived a bit early and went right to work. I was really impressed with their efforts to manage and minimize the dust that results from the cleaning. The 22-year-old tile looks amazing. Highly recommended.
Thanks for the great review, Jim. We’re glad the team’s punctuality and dust-control efforts made a difference and that your 22-year-old tile looks like new. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We appreciate you and look forward to helping again whenever you need.
My experience with San Diego pool tile cleaning was great. I'm a general contractor in and around San Diego County, and I work with a lot of other contractors in different trades, so I know what to look for in a company that takes the time to do the job right the first time so it turns out as expected. I found their company on Facebook, and sometimes that doesn't turn out very well, but I needed to get my pool cleaned of the white lime deposits around the glass tile I have at the waterline. It's been building up for several years, and I even tried doing it myself tile by tile last year. It looked even worse this year. So when I saw San Diego Pool Tile Cleaning's ad, I decided to give them a try. There are specific procedures that need to be met in order to make sure that the job goes smoothly, and after a couple of visits to my home, we had it all figured out, and my tile looks new again. I hope that I don't need this service for a couple of years, but when I do, I know who to call. If you have a pool, this is a number that you're going to want to keep saved for just this type of service. A fair price for a needed service.
Chris, thank you for the detailed review and for trusting San Diego Pool Tile Cleaning. We’re glad our team’s process met your expectations and that your glass waterline tile looks like new again. We appreciate your recommendation and your perspective as a general contractor; referrals from professionals mean a lot. When you need us in the future we’ll be ready to help at the same fair price.

Very responsive. Great work. Friendly family run business.
I think they deserve a 5 star rating for a great tile cleaning job and their professionalism. A special shout out to Jessica who always picked up the phone and had the answers. I do want everyone to understand that it is a messy process that will require running your filter longer than normal
As well as adding a lot of pool water and a rebalancing of the water. Worth it in the end tho!
Thank you, Richard, for the five-star review and for recognizing our team's professionalism. We’ll be sure to pass your special shout-out to Jessica — she’ll be thrilled to hear it. We appreciate you letting others know tile cleaning can be messy and requires running filters longer, adding pool water, and rebalancing the chemistry. Glad it was worth it in the end, and please reach out if you need anything else.
The Curtis and Mason team showed up on time. They were both professional and courteous from the outset. Curtis explained the process and asked a couple questions about the age of pool tile as well as where sewer cleanout could be. Since there would be very little drainage involved the alley was the best and easiest choice. They were done in record time and cleanup was perfect.
You've got a great crew there with Curtis and Mason.
I'd like to commend Jessica (?) on the phone communication. She was very informative and polite. Thanks again for a super job.
