Brianne at Service Master has been my point of contact and has been truly amazing handling everything with our project! She even arranged to have my father’s recliner delivered to our hotel so he could sleep as he normally does while we had to vacate our home! I love the can do attitude and the professionalism! Service Master is above and beyond!

Fazel is amazing! He communicated clearly throughout the entire water damage restoration process, explaining every step along the way — from initial assessment through daily monitoring to final dry-out. He was responsive, professional, and made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. The team completed mitigation within a week and the property was confirmed dry. Highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration by Spotless, especially Fazel for his outstanding communication.
