Met your guy at a gas station then had him out to unclog my moms sewer, he got it going but left the toilet leaking. Tryd to call his cell phone back and never answered. We got the neighbor to help us fix the wax ring. Dint recomend even though it was a good price.

Good Afternoon Jim! I’m sorry to read this review. This is not how we conduct business. We’d love some clarification- was this work performed by our company, paid to our company? Or was it paid on the side to an employee who was working as a “side job”? These are important questions for many reasons. Please call our office 858-689-4000 to clarify, and we hope to make things right.
Technicians came to our apartment complex to do a drain clean out. They left sewage/backwash/grey, horrible smelling contaminated water in the planter area, which is still there today. The smell went into neighboring apartments. Also, they could not answer basic questions about what was "stopped up". The complex leasing associate that was on duty really did not know how to supervise this kind of work. Real winners 🙄
In regards to your response. They did discharge waste water into the planter where it is still sitting. It continues to smell because it is there in the ground. I can send photos.

We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with the experience. We were contracted by your property management company to conduct emergency drain cleaning. Our technicians communicated, as requested, with property management directly as they are our client.
Drain cleaning can unfortunately involve wastewater and unpleasant smells when multiple units are affected. We want to clarify wastewater must be handled appropriately and disposed of properly by a licensed company. Our technicians would not intentionally discharge sewage or contaminated water, and this is an allegation we take seriously. We appreciate your feedback, and will follow up with your management company.
2nd response: Have you contacted your management company regarding the sewage? please send pictures.
We have used this company several times and every single time they do an amazing job. Specifically our technician Sebastian worked on our drain for over an hour and a half and did an amazing job.

Hi Liz! Thank you for the review! We appreciate the continued business! Thank you Liz! We’ll be here when you need us.
Our condo's kitchen sink was completely clogged. We tried a plumbing snake with no success. They were able to send someone out the same day. Sebastian did a great job of unplugging the drain down to 35 feet. Affordable Drain and Pipeline have reasonable rates and the staff were professional. We would definitely use them in the future.
