All American Plumbing Inc.

Dalton work was very professional. He was explaining the root cause and very insightful regarding the solution.

I had a great experience with All American Plumbing, particularly Iain and his apprentice, Steve.

I originally called because our kitchen drain had become completely backed up. I had tried troubleshooting it myself and initially thought it might be a relatively simple clog, but it became pretty clear that it needed a professional. Iain thoroughly snaked the line and got everything flowing properly again.

While he was working, he also pointed out that the plumbing under our kitchen sink had a lot of smaller sections, fittings, and connections that could be simplified. What I really appreciated was that it never felt like an upsell. He mentioned it simply as something I might want to consider in the future. I was actually the one who asked whether he could just take care of it while he was already there. He even hesitated because he wasn't sure he had all the necessary parts on the truck, but checked and was able to get it done.

The new setup under the sink looks dramatically cleaner and simpler. Some of the fittings were pretty finicky, so I'm especially glad I didn't continue trying to tackle it myself. Iain and Steve spent about three hours between clearing the drain, rebuilding the piping, and making sure everything was working correctly.
The pricing was also very reasonable, and Iain actually reduced the original drain-cleaning charge after I added the additional work without me even asking.

Both Iain and Steve were friendly, professional, and straightforward. I also really appreciated that Iain took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some good advice for maintaining the drains going forward. It's hard to find a plumber you feel like you can trust, and this was one of those experiences where I finished the job feeling like I had found someone I would absolutely call again.

Highly recommend Iain, Steve, and All American Plumbing.

On time. Professional. Worked quickly. Very satisfied with service and will recommend to our community.

AAP is my go-to for any job!! We just had outdoor work with drain lines and they were responsive, very fair with their pricing and completely accommodating. Adrian, our primary Technician, went waayyyyy above and beyond. He cares about the quality of his work and is a great representation of AAP! If I ever need work in the future, they will be my first call as they have been my last few jobs.

I cant Thank lance enough for getting out water back on this past Sunday. Lance was respectful and an all around great guy. Our pipe from the city to our house broke and he came and saved the day in the 100 degree heat in Poway. All American Plumbing is an amazing company and I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Respectfully,

Thomas Sitterly

Johnny and Cody are very friendly pleasant and respectful of my property, they are thorough with problem details and concise with solving solution for better future accommodation (toilet)

Thank you,
Victor I.
