Arrived on time but walking into my house wearing his dirty shoes when it’s clear we don’t you wear shoes in the house because of the pile of them next to the front door. Seem friendly enough, but his Quote to change a wax ring on a toilet was $425… He says his normal price is 495 and gave me a break. But a quick chat with ChatGPT told me the average in my area should be more around $300. With the guy here I called two other companies. One of the companies would not give quotes over the phone the other one quoted me $255 to come out change a wax ring says they could do it today. I asked him if he was independent contractor, and had control over the price and he said no, and was unable to move it all to even meet me halfway. Then I asked him if he was being compensated based upon how much he charged and he says he’d not disclose that. Needless to say and then interested in paying almost $200 more For the service, But he was gracious enough to leave without charging me as he had promised “No charge Diagnostic visit.”

Basically, these guys were friendly and prompt, but price was a little high, so make sure you research that before you have them do the work.
