After seeing multiple neighbors share positive feedback using All American Plumbing & Dry Out, this was the first time I had a need for remediation and immediately knew who to call. Their team answered my afterhours call and made a plan to get out the next day (our need was non-urgent). Suli, Jonathan, and Anthony were great to work with dealing with water damage from an attic air conditioner condensate drain leak. They were happy to answer questions and give advice, quoted the job promptly, took care to protect the rest of the site when bringing equipment in and out, and made this portion of a stressful, unpleasant event much smoother. Based on my research I decided to go with All American Dry Out. I am glad I did! They came out the same day I called them. Suli and Jonathan were my technicians/contacts and they were great! Suli went above and beyond as I had lots a question during and after my dry out as I have never had to go through this before. I would definitely recommend them!

It was late at night when I noticed we had a water issue with wet carpet and walls, so I called All American Plumbing. They were not able to send someone out, but referred us to their sister company, All American Dry Out. Jonathon responded immediately and came out to locate the problem, stop the damage, and begin the dry out with a dehumidifier. He was awesome…smart, efficient, professional, and friendly and I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation!! I would definitely call them again if a situation arises.
