This company (G C) was sent to us by AAA because we had a flood in the laundry room adjacent to our bedroom. Overall we are quite satisfied with the work that was done. This turned out to last several months, no as much for the work itself but the authorizations from AAA, and the results of different testing. Asbestos was detected in several places as the repairs were being done. In total most of the flooring had to be replaced, most walls and part of the ceiling had to be repainted. Our kitchen had to be emptied and the kitchen furniture as well as the appliances had to be removed. And then at the end needed to be replaced!
GC did the work in a professional fashion, several times needing to be intermediates between “jobs” and decisions they had little or no control over. All was done in a very courteous manner.
The one aspect that , as a customer, I would state was not included and yet is important, is the final cleaning of our home. During our walkthrough I was impressed on the work itself, the details in the work, but once we actually moved in, I realized how dirty our home really was. And once again it’s normal that after some 5 months of major repairs and construction the place would not be spotless! But as a courtesy to the homeowners, it would have been great to return to a clean home. We had a professional do the cleaning and it took 8 hours…

There were amazing, honest, did a great job and totally cleaned up. I cannot even tell where they replaced and repainted the wall.

My Project Manager had poor customer service skills, the plumbers had to come 4 different times to fix leaks in NEW plumbing under the sink even though I sent them pictures of where the leek was at exactly. And they overbooked their crews to where they spent weeks at a time with nobody working at my house. The workers themselves were nice people. The owners were great and responsive.
