Arctic Air

Arctic air has been the maintenance company for my HVAC for several years. This August was the first time I've had a problem with the a/c unit.
My a/c went out. Art and his team identified the issue, then Art personally spent several days, holding on for hours at a time, trying to reach Lennox because the unit was under warranty. All the issues were repaired - it was a cascade - and I learned a lot about units (don't buy a Lennox; it is proprietary). I appreciate how hard he worked and that he kept me appraised of the progress. I will definitely recommend Arctic Air to my friends!

Cannot recommend Arctic Air enough. I was referred to them by a close friend when we needed our entire HVAC system replaced. Arthur and every member of his team were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. I feel confident with the new system they installed and am happy to highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work!

A+++ for professionalism, responsiveness, being on-time, and going above and beyond to get the job done! As a business owner myself, I know I am more discerning than most people when it comes to the customer service experience. I called Arctic Air on an exceedingly hot day, and they were here within hours to diagnose the issue with my non-functional AC unit - and they went above and beyond to fix it properly which ended up saving me money (and valuable time) by not having to call a plumber. I have multiple AC units in my home and when another one broke, they responded quickly and provided an effective repair to get the unit functioning in no time! If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company - don't hesitate to call Arctic Air they will be my one and only call in the future!
