When water stains appeared on my home’s exterior and interior walls, I called a roofing company that had left a flyer at my door. Still, this company gave me a questionable assessment and misinformation about my solar warranty. Then I contacted Ilyan at Burtek Solar and Roofing, who originally installed my solar system. Ilyan confirmed my concerns and provided an honest assessment.
Instead of recommending a full replacement of my12-year-old roof, he identified and corrected problem areas that had never been properly installed. His team also improved drainage, painted flashings, and resolved several longstanding issues.
I was so impressed with their work that I also hired them for additional projects. Ilyan offers excellent suggestions, ensures every detail is perfect, and gives his full attention to the job, never acting as if he’s in a hurry to get to another client. The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding.
I highly recommend Ilyan and the team at Burtek Solar and Roofing!
