Nathan and his guys were fabulous! I’ve looked at HVAC companies for 2 years knowing ours would give out soon.
Nathan’s group was all and more than their reviews.
He answered all of our concerns ant questions regarding types of units- electric heat pump, gas or combination as well as individual units.
Professional, honest and ethical.
The installation was great, they did all they said! They were prompt, clean and efficient.
We’d absolutely use them again.
Made an appointment and confirmed all our contact info over the phone. waited through the appointment window, but nobody showed up. When I called, they blamed us for not answering the phone, but I had 0 missed calls and they'd gotten the number wrong. They could not send someone within a reasonable timeframe, claiming there were no techs anywhere near us today, so I think the person who answered the first call lied about availability just to get us to go with them, and just wasted our time.

I am so sorry this occurred to you. We have a policy to leave a message and text if the homeowner is not answering at the time of appointment. I believe you may have the wrong company. We are a small family owned and operated business that only has one person answering phone and your name does not come up in our system. There is another company that has basically our same name that services LA, OC and San Diego areas that doesn't have great customer service or reviews. I believe you may have made your appointment with them. Please check what phone number ypu made the appointment with to confirm that it was not us. My apologies again that this happened to you
This team was incredible and did a great job at our new place. They were very up front with the parts and labor cost and we worked together to find the perfect service. We did decide to tack on a little extra work to do a deep clean of the system, always a bummer to be hit with these higher costs. But they explained everything in the moment and really gave ME the choice to move forward with the project. We will certainly be using these guys in the future.

I had text this company on Monday Labor Day for my mother who’s AC went out. They responded in 3 minutes and said they could schedule her on Wednesday. Nathan showed up on time, professional and very nice. Nathan fixed the issue and my mom was very pleased and said he went above and beyond. Price was reasonable. Would 110% recommend and use again.
