We had two projects that we wanted done and we spread them out with 6 months in between them. We went with Gallegos Construction for both from a recommendation from close friends. We were very elated and overjoyed with the end product of both. The work crews that came in and did work for Jorge were professional, friendly and listened intently to our feedback. They were patient with our work change orders and were always accommodating. Visions can change when doing a project, and we certainly changed our minds once our vision came into focus. Gallegos shifted gears and helped us. The only negative aspect to our jobs is that the scheduling of the different tasks could move to stretches of inactivity. I get it, availability of employees and adhering to their schedules in difficult in the construction business, but I think we were victims of our own accommodating schedules. Because we prioritized these projects in our lives, we cleared our schedules so that the workers could be there every day to do their tasks. We had days of no work being done at the house on the second project, which was not the case for the first project. This was an issue for us on the second project, because we wanted to have it completed by early April, for we would be vacationing then. We projected this to the team months in advance. Needless to say, the project ended up ending in May. This is my only criticism, and I would gladly take a project ending up finishing weeks later when weighing it to the type of craftsmanship and finished product that Gallegos Construction provides.
