Tech who visited my rental never called me or returned my call for 3 days after numerous calls to his company's office,asking what his findings were. I had to personally visit my rental to look at the door and discover there was no problem. The tech did not perform any work and was only on the site for no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. If that long, there should be no billing on this. Based on this, since I am a longtime customer who has been satisfied with the work of the company over many years.
I have Garage Doors Unlimited do a yearly maintenance check and service. There are usually minor adjustments that need to be made which prevents costly problems. I'm very satisfied with the service I receive..

I was told I would receive a Costco gift card with my installation. It has been 6 weeks, and I still have yet to receive the gift card. I was first told I would receive it within 1-2 weeks of the installation. I’ve called them back almost every week since, and always told the same thing: “you should receive it in 7 days”. Even during and before the installation process, I had to call them several times to check the status of my garage door order. Poor communication and dishonest advertising.

Costco Shop Cards are issued and sent directly by Costco, so unfortunately, the timing of their delivery is outside of our direct control. We always want our customers to have a positive experience and appreciate your patience while the Shop Card process is completed.
Garage Doors Unlimited have done two jobs for us—roll-up metal doors on a big shed and three beautiful wood doors on our garage at the house. Both jobs were done professionally and with great skill. Workers were helpful and friendly and made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left.

Very friendly and professional company. Efficient and clean work. Aidan and the rest of the crew are currently overhauling our entire neighborhood of military housing and wow, the new doors and seals look so much better! We treated them to a cooler of drinks and a box of donuts because this heat is crazy and they have been at it for super long days getting this job done. Thank you guys again!
