Wow, they are incredible. During the RECORD HOTTEST day, they were able to come out and fix an air conditioner, however it went out a couple days later and we needed a replacement. They were actually able to get it running for a few days and get a new one installed during the same time, for an incredibly comparable price. Their response time was incredible. After everything was repaired, patched and then replaced, some of the other repair companies started to return my weekend calls. And the entire time their phones were continuously going off for people that needed repairs and I was impressed with their compassion and work ethic. They know their trade and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Georg at GVK Heating and Air (Yes, that's how you spell Georg's name) was recommended by several fellow condo owners as well as members of the condo's HOA. It was important to me that I hire someone who had experience with replacing the air conditioners in the complex because my neighbors and the members of the HOA are pretty particular about the way things are done on the property.
Georg and his crew replaced the air conditioner on the roof (using a crane!), the air handler inside the condo, and the antiquated thermostat. They even figured out why the evaporation drain that services several units was leaking into my condo. That had been a vexing problem for the past year.
Thank you so much, Georg and crew. I'm satisfied with the work you did and my tenant is very happy to live in a place where the air conditioner WORKS and there's no annoying water leak in the air handler's closet!

Our AC unit stopped working a few days ago and was referred to GVK by a coworker who’s been a customer for years. He had nothing but positive things to say and I’d rather support a local reputable business when possible. We called the number on the site and spoke to a friendly gentleman who logged our request and said he would find the earliest availability of George. He just so happened to be available that evening and was able to identify the root cause and address the issue quickly. He was kind enough to explain everything he was doing and the components at fault and their purpose. You can tell he is super passionate about his profession. George from GVK was able to fix our 16 year old air conditioner in the 100 degree heat! And so thorough. He explains all his work and instead of pushing us to replace said to just fix it. Saved us thousands of dollars! We will always use him!
