I hired IRP to dry out an area under my house that had had water seepage. They dried it out and then spread water absorbent material to take care of deeper level damp. From first contact to last everyone from the business owner to the project manager to his helper were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I hired IRP for the restoration of my guest bedroom after a leak. Maitreyi , Tony and my installer were super professional from start to finish, showed up on time, did quality work and were transparent about cost. Whenever I had questions about the process they got back to me within 1 day and they were able to repair all the damage within a couple days. I would highly recommend.

IRP helped my mom with her home when she had a minor leak in her kitchen and the team was incredibly helpful. They fixed the leak and also helped with water damage and rebuilt the drywall and cabinetry. The technicians were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about doing things right.

Very poor service and professionalism.damaged caused and did not take responsibility for it and didn’t help to fix it.their mold remediation was poorly done and needed to be redone.

Hi Shala, We’re sorry to see this review after trying to find a resolution with you through all our conversations. Your review does not reflect the full context of this project. You hired us for mold remediation and additional exterior cleaning, which we completed in accordance with our written contract using containment, HEPA filtration, and IICRC S520 guidelines, and we documented the work with before‑and‑after photos and daily logs. Throughout the project we met with you onsite, walked the areas together, and took time on multiple occasions—by phone, email and in person—to address your questions and concerns.
When you later raised concerns about a small section of exterior stucco, we inspected the areas with you, reviewed the documentation, and did not find evidence that our work caused the underlying wall condition. We went out of our way to offer both a discount on the invoice and a low‑cost repair option as a goodwill gesture; those offers were declined by you. Your accusations were often harsh, unfair and hurtful to our team and we still have tried to be respectful all along.
We disagree with your feedback, however, we will continue to strive to provide the best quality of service and care for our customers. We are proud of the consistent quality of our work and invite prospective clients to review our broader track record and speak with our many long‑term customers.

Jose, Daniel, and Jared were great! The IRP team was not only pleasant, but very professional and experienced when coming to do mitigation on my home ceiling. The process has not been a quick one, but they certainly have made it easier, and I appreciate their great customer service. They were able to work with my insurance, USAA. Thank you, IRP team!
