Premier Roofing of California_PROC

Sergio and his team are amazing, Honest, professional and care about the quality of work they do.
I sell Real Estate, I have a list of roofers in my data base, Premier Roofing is the first company that I recommend to my Clients .

Big thanks to Sergio at PROC for really helping us out of a really wet bind. He responded to an emergency call on a Sunday morning. We literally just moved into our home and with some heavy rains our roof decided to show us its age in the form of major leaks in the front and back of house and garage. He said he was down the street and he would swing by to see what’s going on. Not only did he swing by he went to the hardware store bought some rolled plastic tarp and proceeded to drape the roof to stop the water penetration. He said he would give us a quote for the roof replacement once he got home. I asked how much it would be for the emergency visit and plastic cover he said we could pay him what we think was fair or if we accept his quote don’t worry about it. We ended up getting a few quotes from other contractors and ultimately decided to go with Sergio and PROC, his bid was competitive plus the fact that he went out of his way to help us in a roofing crisis. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. It looks great and most importantly, no more leaks.

Update March 2025: The roof still looks great and no leaks. We’ve had some pretty decent rain events for San Diego in the past year+ since the roof replacement and it’s held up very well. If anything after a good rain the roof gets a good washing and looks as good as new.

In adding solar to my roof, I needed to replace my 30 year old roof underlayment. PROC had reroofed my neighbors house a number of years ago and they have experienced zero issues with zero callbacks. I obtained multiple quotes, including PROC and found them to be competitive. What I liked was all materials would be new, unlike others that would "reuse existing flashing, if possible". Other bids were higher cost for identical work. The crew was on time each day, diligent in their work and took pride in their work. We have had some significant storms with high winds and no roof issues noted. Additionally, I now have a class A fire rated roof. Highly recommended.

I reached out after a roof leak. Sergio was quick to respond and was able to get his crew out to repair our roof. Sergio and his crew were very professional and respectful of our property. He was very honest and never tried to up sell us on what needed to be done or cut corners. I would definitely use him again for any roofing needs.
