Fantastic customer service. Very professional, excellent work. Jason answers every call or returns your call as fast as he can. The guys who did the work on our 2 flooded areas were amazing. They were so polite & made sure to take careful precautions not to mess up our house. Every person that helped during this process were awesome. They all went above & beyond. I highly recommend them. You will be happy.

We had a leak in our rental condo that a plumber couldn’t locate. Jordan and his team were able to locate and isolate the leak in very little time. By the time the leak was stopped, water had already damaged the floor, wall and cabinet. They were able to take care of everything from start to finish, including most of the insurance claim work. Every repair job seems to always have variables and hiccups, and this one was no different. The excellent communication with Jordan made navigating these issues a breeze. I highly recommended FAR’s services, and while I hope I don’t need to use them again, I would without hesitation.

Fast Affordable was ‘referred’ by All State Home Insurance. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this company as they did not satisfactorily complete the job. Some of my requests were ignored. They would ‘milk’ you for every minor work detail.

Fred, we apologize that you feel that we did not complete the job. When we reviewed the actual scope of work you mentioned a couple of areas that were missed in the cleanup process. We offered to send our tech out to complete anything we missed but you decided not to have him come out. It was never our intention to ignore any of your requests. I believe what you are referring to on "milking" the job is that we did not clean your fireplace. Cleaning the fireplace was not part of our scope or bid. It is our intention to always perform the best work. We are not always perfect but we are always happy to come out to correct anything that is not up to your expectations per the scope.
Professional, friendly and very responsive. Every technician used for my kitchen and flooring project was on time, provided excellent, professional work and restored my home to what it was before the water damage. I would use FAS again for any home repairs and refer to friends and family.

We came home from the holiday break to a massive water leak that had permeated from the garage into the main room of the house (kitchen, dining, and living room.) We knew we needed someone who could help us not only as soon as possible but from beginning to end. FAR was that company! They handled everything from removing and drying out the damaged areas to having contractors coming in to rebuild. They had smooth and consistent communication with us and our insurance company throughout the transaction. Jordan, Armando, Elir, and Matt went above and beyond answering all of our questions and not finishing the job until everything was perfect. I don't wish a water leak on anyone but if you do have one, call Fast Affordable Restoration!
Very thankful I found Chris at Fast Affordable Restoration! He answered when I called and was very knowledgeable on a strange mold issue I encountered. He was able to have a guy meet me at the property the same day! They were super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to questions I had after. The pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you!!!

We had a water heater leak that flooded our garage and caused what we suspected was mold. The tech came out and assessed the situation as not mold and didn’t charge us for the visit. He could have easily prescribed costly service but did not. We will certainly call them again in the future should we (heaven forbid) need them for anything in the future
