Five stars! We had an excellent experience with Frye Mechanical! Eddie showed up, quickly identified the problem, and fixed our AC. After another company didn’t even attempt to fix the issue and instead quoted us an astronomical price for a new unit, it was such a relief to work with someone who focused on finding and fixing the actual problem.
Eddie’s knowledge, professionalism, and straightforward approach really stood out. We truly appreciate the honest service and the fact that we weren’t pushed toward an expensive replacement we didn’t need. Thank you, Eddie and Frye Mechanical, for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience. Highly recommend!

Edward Finger was very professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and competent in servicing our air conditioner. The price was very reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about Frye Mechanical! We had several other HVAC companies come out to look at our system, and their only recommendation seemed to be to replace the entire unit. Nobody seemed interested in actually trying to fix it.
Then we found Frye Mechanical through word of mouth, and I’m so glad we did!
Our HVAC system is almost 20 years old, and our refrigerant was extremely low. Frye had the specific R-22 refrigerant our system needed and was able to get us back up and running for a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
Eddy was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and even educate me on how to look for potential leaks and properly clean and maintain the unit. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely interested in helping us.
With the cost of a brand-new HVAC system being beyond what we can afford right now, this repair was a huge relief for our family. I’m incredibly grateful that Frye Mechanical took the time to find a solution rather than simply trying to sell us a new system.
We originally heard about Frye through a recommendation, and I’ll absolutely be passing that recommendation along to my friends and family. It’s refreshing to find a company that cares about its customers and treats them right.
Thank you, Eddy and Frye Mechanical, for the outstanding service. You’ve earned a customer for life!

It is nice when a company let's you know the last Air conditioning repair company was ripping us off. FRYE mechanical was no frills straight up, directly to the problem with out an elaborate song and dance. Highly recommended. They fixed 2 units for less than previous companies we tried.

My AC broke in the middle of the San Diego heatwave, I called 15 repair businesses and FRYE called me back telling me they had an opening, I had to pay after hour charges but I was happy to. We got Trevor and he was outstanding, he didn’t have the part but he reassured us he would get the part and come back on the same day as soon as possible and he came back with a part working an hour. My house was at 98f at the highest temperature and I can wait for my home to completely cool down thanks to Trevor. I fully recommend them and I will for sure be using them again.

Excellent customer service, 5 ⭐️
I called this morning and a service tech named, Trevor was on time, neat and clean, knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me as he went. We have cold air and from call to good air, 5 hours, on a Sunday!!! What!!! Frye installed our system and I highly recommend them and if you need a service tech with integrity, ask for Trevor. Honestly, that has been our whole experience with Frye Mecanical, honesty and integrity.
