Rafael arrived first thing in the morning which was a relief! He diagnosed the problem quickly, estimated the job and got to work. His knowledge and kindness were appreciated as was his advice about replacing the unit in the future. Thank you for such prompt and professional service!

I am extremely busy as it seems everyone is and never reviewed any business. However, I think it is necessary to give a review of Service Cowboy Heating and Air due to their extreme professionalism on all levels of knowledge, honesty, installation and desire to satisfy their customer. On short notice they came to our home on a weekend at 8:00am and worked till 9:30pm. They installed a new A/C and new furnace. I cannot say enough about Service Cowboy that did justice to how good and pleasant they are to work with. One last comment, Service Cowboy is100% truly Family owned and operated from Raphael the owner, Heather his wife and Albert his cousin. I would encourage anyone that needs heating or air service to contact Service Cowboy. Truly a good qualified Team.

Service Cowboy Rafael & his team did a terrific job removing my 2 attic & outside AC/Furnace units & replacing them with efficient beautiful "heat pumps". Very professional, experienced, hard working, punctual, & cost effective!
