Thomas from Second Opinion Garage Door Repair was excellent. Our garage door spring failed on a Sunday, leaving both cars trapped inside. Thomas came out promptly, diagnosed the problem right away, and clearly explained what had failed and what our options were.
Rather than simply replacing the original enclosed spring system, he converted the door to a more serviceable external torsion-spring setup, which made a lot of sense for the long term. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, efficient, and never tried to upsell us into anything unnecessary.
The price was very fair, especially for a Sunday emergency call, and the work was completed professionally. It’s a relief to find someone who is competent, honest, and easy to deal with when something suddenly goes wrong.
I would absolutely call Thomas and Second Opinion again and would recommend him without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Second Opinion Garage Door Repair. Thank you Benjamin for doing an excellent job installing the new bracket for our garage door. We appreciate your quick response time and appreciate your honesty. Benjamin didn't try to up sell and was very respectful. He not only did a thorough maintenance check but also lubricated the springs on our other garage door. That extra care from Benjamin sealed the deal! And... they have very reasonable pricing. We highly recommend this company!

My garage door stopped working last night. I called Second Opinion Garage Door Repair this morning, and in less than 2 hours the repair was completed. The new motor is quieter and accessible through my phone now.
