A1 Factory Direct Flooring

We just had new carpet installed from A1. We did A LOT of shopping to get 4 local estimates and A1 beat them all by a couple hundred bucks. Rich came out and took measurements and discussed how they were going to go about it in detail. That was very reassuring. The install crew was also very professional and they spoke English. No noticeable seam at all and the entire install cuts and tucks into the molding looked great. Cleaned up after the install and we are happy customers. Save yourself the 8 hours we burned going to almost every place in San Marcos. Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about Micah. He truly went above and beyond to help us out of a tricky situation left by a previous contractor, and completely turned things around for us.

From day one, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy.

His work speaks for itself—efficient, detail-oriented, and done to a very high standard. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product.

On top of that, Micah genuinely cares about his clients, which is something that’s hard to find. We felt supported every step of the way.

We only wish we had hired him sooner. Highly, highly recommend!

This is a story, but I’ll make it short for people who want fast reviews. A1 is amazing! They’re great! Robby is amazing and his team of people are extremely professional and do everything that you would expect in a remodel! From start to finish, Robert came in and not only guided us but gave us good quality information about style. He also guided us on where to buy things and what to purchase! For people who have never done a remodel before that was super helpful. He had guys who were professional at installing doors, floors, base boards, shiplap, carpet, interior painting, and remodeling our bathrooms (tile guys), plus luandry room. We wanted to do some kind of Beachy feel to our house and it turned out great, and his guys had no problem helping us out with that. His tile guys were on point, professional, friendly and his plumber, was also on point and professional, as well as electricians. His electricians gave us a whole new electrical kit throughout our house, which means replacing all plugs everywhere in our house, which makes everything look brand new and fresh. Dimmer switches anywhere we wanted! I would highly recommend him as a general contractor. Robert goes above and beyond to make your remodeling experience perfect at the end. Good guy, can’t say anything else about Robert other than I consider him a friend.
