Joel was excellent! He really helped me think out which way to go, repair or replace. I could see that he was experienced and was training the younger man with him. It was quite a job to lift the new component into the attic. Joel knew exactly what to do. I hope Joel will stay with the company. He knew his craft and I would not want another technician to service the Heater/AC.

Let me start by saying this is the third house that Champion has serviced for me. They are dependable, prompt, and affordable. They always have the best prices and do an incredible job on the install.

The recent home had an ac that was on its last leg. In the middle of the last heatwave, it finally stopped working. I called Champion and they responded promptly and sent a repair person out within 24 hours! They ordered a new unit and had it installed in less than 3 days. Thank you so much for a great wonderful job.

Fantastic experience - our AC broke on the hottest wknd of the year. Joel was able to come out first thing the next morning and diagnose& fix the issue in a hour to get it back up and running. A+ service would definitely recommend
