Technician Carlos was very helpful and came one day earlier than the actual appointment. He fixed our AC immediately when he found out that our AC was on but the fan was not working. This was during heatwave in San Diego.He was very polite and respectful. I would recommend Carlos for the job. I will be using him again!

Max came to give me a quote to install AC in my house. He was confident, professional and very knowledgeable about HVAC. I choose Cool Guys because of Max. I must've asked Max 500 questions during my decision making process. He was always very responsive and patient with all of my crazy questions (a little too much chat gpt searching on my end). The install was scheduled about 10 days out. I told them I wasn't in a hurry. They let me know they had an earlier opening and I said yes. Lucky me, my AC was installed the day before San Diegos biggest heat wave on record. The installation went very smooth. Friendly yet respectable workers came and completed everything a couple hours quicker than expected. They cleaned up and didnt leave a mess or any trash. My 2 ton AC Pro unit is very quiet, energy efficient and its not the huge block style. Its supposed to be 104° tomorrow in Clairemont and im ready! I highly recommend Cool Guys. They give quality service, excellent product and pricing! I will definitely use them again if I need any more work.
