We had Green Perspectives (GP) landscape company for our HOA for 2 years. For the first 6 months they seemed to be working well. But something happened and the work became substandard - they skipped over areas that needed weeding and trimming. The number of crew members were not consistent and often times did not wear company uniforms. We were also informed that GP had a recent turn over in staff/crew which made sense as to why the quality went down hill and they couldn’t keep up. There was no follow through on projects, very disorganized and unprofessional. There was also no clear communication - the list goes on. As a result, we fired them. Beware of hiring this company for mid to large sized Homeowners’ Associations.They promise a lot and fail to deliver!
