Our experience with Patty, Andie, and their team was very positive.

They truly helped take us from idea to reality and were so accommodating to us along the way. As someone who is very detail oriented and prefers to talk things through first… everyone made feedback, concern, and curiosity feel safe and welcome every step of the way.

I will admit some of the finer details could have been communicated more proactively, but I don’t hold that against them. Projects like this are a massive undertaking and it’s a balance between “leave it to us” and “let’s make sure we’re aligned on every detail.” Regardless, the end result is beautiful and we’re very happy.

While we wish we had larger budget to complete the rest of our exterior now, we no doubt will be utilizing them again in the future for later phases of the design and build.

We’ll also be using their ongoing landscape maintenance services. It’s a bit expensive and we just signed it, but if the lot stays in prestige shape year round and grows into the lush and vibrant landscape it was designed to be, it will be well worth it to just sit back and enjoy it.

I’d recommend IEED to all of my family and friends without hesitation.

I’m writing this review about four months after our backyard project was completed by IEED and we’re really enjoying the space! It offers a variety of areas for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time outdoors, exactly what we were hoping for.

Working with Patty and Andie was a positive experience. The team was easy to talk to, communicated well through most of the process. They listened to our ideas, pitched some of their own and were responsive when we had questions, which made collaboration smooth and comfortable.

There were a few moments where communication could have been clearer or more consistent (some of the smaller details). Which is why we decided 4.5 stars was granted.

Overall, we’re happy with how everything turned out and appreciate the work that went into bringing our vision to life. We will most definitely use them again when we are ready to work on the front of our home.
