John Padilla Plumbing and their tech Hunter and equipment guy Kip provided us with the single best experience we have ever had with a HVAC company. They diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system, and made repairs in the same day. They are intrinsically kind and provided us with the most quality and friendly service we have ever experienced from any industry!! We can't thank them enough! After years of frustration with our HVAC system leaking and multiple other companies being unable to figure out the actual issue, we finally decided to call John Padilla Plumbing, Heating & Air. With the recent heat wave we experienced in San Diego, not using our AC simply was not an option, and we needed to get it fixed fast.

Thankfully, after just one visit, we finally had answers and a long lasting solution. Hunter and Dan were amazing throughout the entire HVAC repair. They really went above and beyond with their communication and took the time to explain what was causing the problem, walk us through our options, and make sure we actually understood everything before moving forward.

As a first time homeowner, that level of patience, education, and care meant a lot to us. It never felt like they were just trying to get the job done and leave. They genuinely took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with the repair.

After comparing pricing with other HVAC companies, they were not the cheapest option, but the quality of service absolutely justified the investment. This was definitely one of those situations where you get what you pay for. After spending years trying to solve the same HVAC issue, having it finally diagnosed and repaired correctly was completely worth it.

I would absolutely recommend John Padilla Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone in San Diego looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC company. We are so relieved to finally have this issue behind us. Thank you again, Hunter and Dan!

Hunter diagnosed and repaired our HVAC system today, and I am very pleased with the professional service we received. He not only fixed the issue, but went beyond the primary problem to fix other concerns. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Lucas was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He made quick work of our ac diagnosis and provided us with the knowledge to make a clear decision. We will be having him back to evaluate relocating our system into our attic. We highly recommend Lucas and Padilla
