I contacted Plub365 as a reference through Home Depot. I needed to replace the fill valve in my toilet. I did some research on the Home Depot website to find the right part. I found one for $14.99. When I spoke to the contact at Plum 365 he quoted me $45 for the part and $350 to install it saying it would take about an hour to do the installation I personally went to Home Depot and bought the part for $14.99 and a friend of mine installed it for me. He said it took 10 minutes. It’s really sad when a single widowed individual relies on a brand like Home Depot and who they’re referring subcontractors for and they try to screw you royally. Do not use this company

Excellent experience with Plumb365! Joe did a fantastic job installing our new water heater, and it passed inspection with ease. The entire team was professional and organized from start to finish, including coordinating the inspection and keeping me updated with reminders. It’s clear they genuinely care about quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Allan and Andy were extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and did a great job. Very respectful of the home (wore covers on their shoes, put down a cover for the work area, etc.) and answered all my questions.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services! I'll definitely be calling these folks again for work needed in the future.
