Ramm Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation

I had a mold inspection done by Bill w/Ramm. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find that my issue isn’t as bad as I thought it was. Bill was so informative, helpful and honest. Companies can easily try to offer services that aren’t necessary, but Bill suggested next steps to resolve my problem that don’t include any mold remediation at this point. I greatly appreciated his honesty and all the information. If in the future I am in need of d remediation, Bill will be my go to!! He’s awesome!

My guess bathroom sink had a leak that we did not know untill it was too late and crossed over to our living room. My co worker recommended me Ramm told me to ask for Eloy. Eloy made the whole experience better than i was expecting, fix the issue, kept in constant communication with me. Always answered his phone or returned my calls as soon as he could. Water damage sucks no matter how you cut it but Ramm made the experience less painfull.
