I read on the internet that United Termite Control did wood repair and construction for people getting VA and FHA loans. Obviously this meant they were qualified to evaluate and repair whatever was causing our balcony to feel unsafe to walk on. Finally, we asked for professional assistance. David, owner of United Termite Control answered the telephone when I called, scheduled an appointment for inspection. He determined at the inspection what repairs were required, provided a reasonable estimate for the repair/replacement. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. Kyle and crew did a great job and we can walk on the balcony/deck again. Low to mid $,$$$.

United is legit. Been using them for years and when everyone else just wanted to come charge a ton to tent they shot me straight and treated only the spots needed and always at a super fair price for treatment and repairs needed. Great outfit, easy to work with and super reliable.
United Termite Control just finished ridding my home of a bad termite infestation and completed all repairs. I could not be happier with the job they did!
David the owner (very friendly) inspected my home, recommended the most cost-effective treatment option and explained the whole treatment process. He kept me informed every step of the way. Kyle and Doug performed all repairs. It's obvious they enjoy what they do because they take pride in their work. They left the work area clean, and Kyle even repaired the molding on my garage door that I'd been meaning to fix for years. They went above and beyond; that's rare these days. They are one of the few honest companies that deliver on their promises.

David is a true professional. Quick to respond, on time, answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. Highly recommended. He’s been doing our inspections since our previous house (since 2020).
Just a note to say how pleased we have been with United Termite, David (the owner), Nic and Kyle. Their workmanship, responsiveness, warranty, and attitude were all excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable! We have worked with various home contractors over many decades and it is difficult to find good companies. This is one of the good ones. Thanks David.
United Termite is very thorough with their inspections and where I needed damaged wood replacement, blends in perfectly.
All the guys are friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
My next door neighbor "raises" termites and you watch their house disintegrate more each year. Thats why we went with an annual contract. First sign of activity and they reinspect and treat
I was referred to United Termite Control by a neighbor. I called the owner (David) who answered right away. He was professional and got an appointment set up for me immediately. An inspection was done and localized termite spraying was scheduled the same week. I’m relieved to know that the termites are gone. I will definitely call David for any future concerns.
I had the good fortune to be able to observe this crew do work on my neighbors house before contacting them for a bid. I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail. I was equally impressed by their bid. The work they did for me was extensive and detailed and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. After watching them work together, up close, am convinced that there is nothing that Kyle,Doug Nick and Don can’t repair and make perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all of your repair needs. If you choose to go with you won’t be disappointed.
David is the owner and will come out and see what needs to be done .
He will show you the obvious,, obvious to him not to the untrained eyes like me !
I was very very happy with his analysis of where my termites are and what he did to rid me of them
He also installed a nice screen inside
My skirts air vents , long over due for me so I asked him if he could do this for me .
The 2 jobs were expertly done by his
crew ,, Nik and Doug , these guys sure know the job
When looking for a company to handle termites and to screen your skirt to keep rodents from entering,,I highly recommend UTC TERMITE CONTROL AND SPEAK TO DAVID
