AMDEN HOMES - Design & Build

Amden Homes delivered an outstanding remodel. Dean and Isa were amazing from start to finish—great communication, impressive flexibility with changes, solid workmanship throughout, and an amazing end result that exceeded expectations. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Perfect choice for custom builds in San Diego

Dean and team were awesome in helping with the construction of our addition. No hidden costs or increases, period. Everything was very transparent and if something didn’t meet our expectations, it was taken care of, no questions asked. We had our project quoted by 3 different companies and Amden was the best offer.

We recently completed a master bathroom remodel with Amden Homes and are very happy with the results. The quality of workmanship is truly 5-star — the finished bathroom is beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. Their team was also very good with communication throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated.
There were a couple of material clarifications along the way. During bidding, we discussed solid wood cabinets and copper piping. When selections were finalized, cabinet options were more limited than we initially expected, and the contract allowed for “PEX or copper.” Once we brought up our preference for copper, they were responsive and made the change.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the team. Just be sure to clearly confirm material specifications in the contract from the start.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I completed a bedroom/bathroom addition for my home and Amden Homes was very helpful

Amden Homes did an amazing job remodeling our shower and guest bathroom. The whole team was so friendly, honest, considerate, and easy to work with. Isa, the designer, really listened to what we wanted, gave us great ideas when we weren’t sure, and kept everything on time. We’re so happy with the results and highly recommend them!

When we started thinking about remodeling our house, we were nervous. We heard so many bad stories, and we decided to meet a few companies and see how it goes. We met with several companies at our house, but when we spoke with Dean at Amden, something clicked.
He took the time to explain every aspect of the process. From choosing the right materials, understanding the construction phases, to managing expectations about timelines and stress. His knowledge and honesty made us feel confident that we were in good hands.
When we finally met the design team, we knew we had found the right partners. Their professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for our home and family made all the difference. The process was Lovely with Enam and Eden. Every step was communicated clearly, and we felt involved and valued. The team’s expertise turned our vision into reality, and the results are breathtaking. Our home feels brand new, functional, and full of personality. We can’t recommend Amden enough, they truly care about their clients and deliver the results we dreamed about. This experience was unforgettable, and we’re grateful to Amden’s team.

We started with a different contractor to refinish our hardwood floors, but the beginning was disappointing. From day one, they tried to add more costs for not unreasonable changes. We decided to check a replacement, and we got Dean’s number from a friend.
After contacting Dean and his company, Amden, he told us that they can assist us with the same budget we had with the other contractor. His flooring team came a few days later and refinished the entire floor. They were efficient and did amazing work. The floors now look like new, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We appreciate the professionalism of the team and the quality of their work. Thank you, Dean!
