The owner came to our house to assess possible project and then sent his co-worker back to measure. And then never got back to us. He kept saying (multiple times) via text that he would send over the budget proposal or come by, but nothing. It has been over a month. Additionally, I foolishly recommended my neighbor call to get an estimate on a whole house construction project, and Dave never took the time to respond to the family. There are so many construction companies out there. Being professional and having the courtesy to respond or uphold a verbal agreement to at least communicate is a must! If you are busy say it!
