Duncan helped me out with the design so we managed to avoid a couple potential issues in advance. The whole process was smooth. They finished the project on time and budget. I’m so happy with my new bathroom.

Justin5/5

Duncan was on point. Very thorough and would not settle for anything but perfection. Price was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Blaire5/5

Jennifer5/5

If you’re ever in a bind and need someone you can trust to handle a critical home repair, I wholeheartedly recommend this professional. He turned a stressful emergency into a seamless, secure solution with kindness, speed, and top-notch workmanship.

We just completed our second project working with Duncan and would highly recommend him for your construction and remodeling needs. We have re-done all of our bathrooms, our kitchen, our staircase, and our flooring with him and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Duncan has great attention to detail and makes sure things are done right. He’s the rare contractor who follows through and cares.

Debra5/5

We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel with Duncan, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the very beginning, he guided us through the design and budgeting process with clarity and honesty. He set realistic expectations for the timeline and managed his subcontractors so efficiently that the project moved forward without delays.
Every subcontractor Duncan brought in was professional, courteous, and highly skilled—the quality of the tilework, cabinetry, and finishes is outstanding. Any adjustments to the original plan were handled transparently through change orders, so there were never any unexpected costs.
Duncan’s communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept us updated at every step and visited the site almost daily to ensure everything stayed on track.
We couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom and would wholeheartedly recommend Duncan to anyone considering a remodel. We’re already looking forward to working with him on our next project.

Jay5/5

We hired Duncan as the General Contractor on a complete bathroom remodel for all three bathrooms for our home in Carlsbad. The bathrooms were almost 30 years old and needed a complete overhaul. We are thrilled with Duncan and highly recommend him. He was very attentive to us through the entire process. He was a constant presence at our house during the process keeping an eye on the subcontractors. The scheduling went approximately according to plan. Not only did he do a great job on the remodel but he is a good all around person (honest and trustworthy) and very easy to communicate with.

Angelique5/5

We could not be more appreciative for Duncan pulling through for us on our project on such a short notice! We had a quick deadline to get 2 rails installed on our back deck steps to meet code and after a previous contractor leaving us high and dry and delivery of the parts getting delayed, Duncan went above and beyond to help us out and get everything installed in time (and did a great job in the process!) We’re very happy with his work and will definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Lisa5/5

I enjoyed working with Duncan and his team. They made good suggestions for various projects and were both reliable and punctual. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!
