As someone self-employed my entire life, I realize it’s not often for someone to leave a review, even though they are not a customer. This may be an exception, and here's why.
I have a super small crack sink in my home in La Jolla, and I was recommended to reach out to Wardell. I first spoke with Miguel, and then Matt came by my home to look at my needs. At this point I’ve decided to not have the sink replaced at this time, because the crack is so incredibly small, and based on what Matt told me, there is a chance (although small) of the stone top being damaged during the replacement. This risk in itself made me decide to wait. if the crack does get to a point where the sink has to be replaced, I will certainly use Wardell.
The reason? It’s due to their professionalism, their courtesy, their ability to ask a lot of great questions and not hide the risks, and their incredible transparency has sold me on them.
I learned many years ago, when you are looking for a service provider, you simply need to find the right people. When you find the right people, you've then found the right company. This is why I am confident the day will come I too will be a customer of Wardell’s.
