We can't thank them enough for restoring AC in our home. We dealt with different contractors this year and they are the most professional and reasonable people who brainstormed with us in identifying the issue and went over resolving it!!! Super Thankful!! They were efficient and finished the repair and install in just couple of hours. We saved a lot too. Highly Recommended :)

Thank you Chase. We were so grateful to install your mini split system at your condo in Lake San Marcos. We hope you are enjoying the AC now that summer is here! Thanks for your business.

Needed a furnace check and repair, and Air Crafts came through with exceptional service. Highly knowledgeable, thorough, went the extra step to locate and install a hard to find part and diagnose further, to ensure our old furnace was safe and sound. No upselling, no pressure, checked out on other research on brand and product solutions and whe time comes we'll upgrade further.

Kelly and her team at Air Crafts are second to none. What I like the most is her sales people are not paid on commission. I know when I refer a client they will be getting honest advice and not be pushed into pricey replacements. A top notch company !!

Gene came within the hour after calling to inquire why my heater wasn’t working. He quickly found the problem and fixed my heater. Many companies probably would have advised I need a new heater since it’s getting pretty old but I really appreciate an honest company who will take the time to figure out what was wrong. Great customer service from a knowledgeable technician and an amazing quick experience to have it fixed. Highly recommend using this company for any heating and air services you need!

I recently had two mini split AC units installed and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their response time was fast and the communication throughout the whole process was great. The operations manager was thorough, walked us through all our options and helping us understand what would work best for our home. Customer service kept us updated with dates and times for the installation which made everything stress-free. The installation team was respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. They also took the time to show us how to operate and properly clean the mini splits, which we really appreciated. Overall it was a great experience. I feel confident knowing I’ll be taken care of if anything comes up in the future. I’m especially excited to use the heating feature for these winter months. Highly recommend 10/10! 😎

We shopped all the major names in San Diego County and chose Air Craft. Ron and his team delivered a great experience, accountable and on-time, communicated with us on their workflows, permits, etc. and were very competitive on pricing. I highly recommend Air Craft and will be a long time customer.

We have used Air Crafts Heating and Air for all of our HVAC needs in the past several years. These guys have been our only go to source for HVAC and are the very best in this business who offer high quality work and high value for all of their customers. We own Cosmic Solar & Roofing and so we work with numerous contractors and suppliers across Southern California through our own company. We appreciate a great company like Air Crafts Heating & Air and have referred them to many of our own customers. We have used their services for both our home and business. We highly recommend Air Crafts Heating and Air to homeowners or businesses who may be planning to install a new HVAC system or searching for a competent team to diagnose and repair their existing systems.
