This company is absolutely exceptional. I was in a crisis situation at the venue where I work and the AC quit on our bridal suite the Friday night before a wedding. Oscar is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just hands-down an amazing human being. He came in and got straight to work and it was fixed in less than an hour. He absolutely saved the day and my sanity because I was in a full panic trying to make sure my wedding couple was happy on their big day. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a qualified and service-oriented technician. Thank you Oscar and Santos Plumbing for saving the day!!!!

The hottest day in San Diego and my A/C quits.
Santos was the only business that responded with his immediate availability, even after traditional business hours and gave me immediate (within 2 hours) service to my home. Heck of a nice guy too.
Oscar was excellent. In and out in record time. Fair pricing and quality troubleshooting and installation of my thermostats. He knows Google Nest products.
Through discussions with Oscar, I found he specializes in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and water heater replacements.
I am going to keep Oscar’s contact information in my phone so I always have him for emergency and non-emergency needs.

It's been so Humid and my A/C stop working. I'm in Vista and called up Santos And he came out the same day and fixed it and maintenance the unit.
Now the house is cold and wonderful to enjoy again. Thanks for the excellent service!

Santos Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater after our tank water heater leaked. Oscar Santos, the owner, showed up the same day I called along with his son to assess the situation. They were diligent, took their time to fully understand the issue, and walked me through several possible solutions. Oscar provided a fair and transparent quote for both labor and materials, with no pressure or surprises. Oscar and Jerry worked incredibly hard over two days and completed the job beautifully. Oscar followed through on everything he promised, purchased the exact parts discussed, and even went out of his way to track down a higher-quality part from the same brand as the water heater. He was honest, professional, and delivered high-quality work on time and at a competitive price. I’m very happy with our new tankless water heater and will confidently use Santos Plumbing again for future projects!
