We hired Russ McDaniel and AKS Landscape and Design to do an inspection during escrow on a Disneyland style pool with slide, waterfall, and spa. We were referred to Russ because he also built and services around fifteen pools around the Grand Del Mar. He charged $150 for an hour of his time to make sure all components of a very complex system were operational and provide a detailed invoice for work items for a request for repair on dysfunctional components. Very pleased with his service, time frames, and repairs.
