We sincerely regret that the outcome of the service did not fully meet your expectations. We believe transparency is important, so we would like to clarify the work that was performed.

The approved price scope of work was for professional hydro-jetting and cleaning of the entire exterior drainage system throughout the property, including multiple drain outlets, along with an attempted camera inspection.
We completed the contracted hydro-jetting service and significantly improved the overall drainage flow compared with its condition before service.
However, at one specific section, our hydro-jetting hose and nozzle reached a point where they physically could not advance any farther.
We attempted to inspect this section with a camera, but limited visibility prevented us from confirming the exact internal condition of the pipe or the cause of the obstruction. For this reason, we did not make any assumptions as to whether the pipe was collapsed, damaged, or otherwise compromised.
The following additional services were not included in the original price scope:
• An additional drain-cleaning method using specialized chain-snake equipment in an attempt to pass through or clear the persistent obstruction.
• The use of professional locating equipment to pinpoint and mark the area where the obstruction was encountered.
The customer now has a clearly identified area where excavation and further investigation can begin if they choose to proceed with repair or replacement of the affected section.
This can help avoid unnecessary excavation and reduce additional diagnostic time, whether the subsequent work is performed by us or by another qualified contractor.
Although one section could not be fully cleared, the overall drainage flow throughout the property was improved.
