Thank you, everyone kept me informed of what time Louis would be at my home and he arrived in the time frame set.
Did a great job and was fast and precise
Reasonable rate and a great attitude.
Always have loved great care you have taken over the years when I have needed parts and things and have been in your store.
Thanks

After getting a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking, we called Hanna Plumbing. Availability and time of day limited us to next day service. John showed up on time and was great! Very professional and nice. I felt bad for him because he had to come out and work on such a hot day, but he finished the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Nick came out to our business and helped clear up our drain so our team could use the bathroom again. When your toilets at work don't work... It makes the work place intense. Thankful for Hanna Plumbing for being able to come out to Escondido for a drain clearing next day!

My sink and dishwasher were all backed up and it was very stinky. I called Hanna as I have in the past. They were able to schedule someone to come out the same day (but that didn't work for my schedule, so they came out the next day). Their technician Segundo showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was prepared for a big bill, but at the end of it we were under $200 which was a relief. Thanks Hanna and Segundo!

After a few less than positive experiences with a few other plumbers we chose Hanna based on the on line recommendations. Starting with making the appointment, the Hanna customer service was friendly and professional and was able to find a technician for same day service. After confirmation of the visit, a photo and summary of experience of the technician is forwarded. Jared, as a seasoned professional arrived with tools and materials in hand and quickly assessed what was needed. After the repair, he logically explained the time and materials needed, along with associated pricing. Would like to thank the Hanna organization for the outstanding services provided!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marco from Hanna Plumbing! Marco came to our home on September 26 to fix a water leak, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, incredibly diligent and worked so hard to get the job done right. He truly went above and beyond and never stopped until he had the problem taken care of. Marco is a gold-star employee, and Hanna Plumbing should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing their company. He is worth his weight in gold! Thank you, Marco, for taking such great care of us and working so hard to get our leak fixed. You were phenomenal!
