From beginning to end, each step of the process was precise, professional, and well organized.

It started with the proposal process, where Bob Ryan worked with us to make sure we were able to take advantage of a rebate from Milgard. Bob was extremely helpful throughout the process and even made a second visit to our home to go over some details my spouse had questions about. That level of personal attention really stood out.

Jesse then explained that the entire installation would take approximately three days, and they delivered exactly as promised.

On Day One, a team of four employees—not subcontractors—arrived, led by Steven. They worked efficiently throughout the day, completed everything scheduled, and were out the door by 3:00 p.m.

On Day Two, a team of five arrived, and even the owner, Evan, stopped by to see how things were progressing. Evan was extremely personable and complimentary, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and his customers' experience. I also had the opportunity to speak with his wife, and I came away with the same positive impression. Bob stopped by that day as well to discuss the front doors we had been considering.

On Day Three, Steven and Guillermo returned to complete the job and were finished and out the door by 1:00 p.m.

What impressed me most throughout the entire installation was the efficiency of the crews. Everyone stayed focused on the job—there was no standing around or wasting time. Whatever was scheduled for the day was accomplished: the old windows were removed and the replacements were installed quickly and professionally.

This was a complete replacement of the windows throughout our home, and the team managed the entire project with remarkable efficiency. In fact, on a warm Southern California day, I never even needed to turn off the air conditioning because they worked so efficiently and kept the disruption to a minimum.

From Bob and Jesse during the planning and proposal process, to Steven, Guillermo, and the entire installation crews, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work.

Both technicians delivered outstanding service. They took their time installing the sliding door and screen to ensure everything was done with precision and high-quality workmanship. After the installation, they walked me through the operation of the door, including the weather stripping, to make sure I understood how everything functions smoothly.

We purchased replacement windows from Pelican Glass 10+ years ago. We had had several companies come out and bid on the job, but we were not impressed. I had this company replace couple of my cery small bathroom windows in July, 2022 for 948$. They replaced with this Millgard brand, I thought it would be high quality because of company's good rating, but the windows turned out to be of very poor quality.
