I highly recommend the Window Shoppe in Vista. Great price and quality. Dave and Brandon were very professional and replaced my windows with ease, they are a great team!!
Thank you Janet for taking the time to leave us a review! My installers said they really enjoyed working on your project, and all of us here hope you enjoy those windows for years to come. Thanks again!
Best contractor experience we had in our home renovation. Great prices and very clear on pricing, no hassle or upselling. We have recommended this company to multiple friends years after having our windows installed.
Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you had a great experience working with us and thank you for all the referrals. Our business thrives on those customer referrals from our amazing customers like you!
We had several estimates and this company was highly competitive on price. We chose them and are very happy with our 3 replacement sliding glass doors. Workmanship is fantastic and communication was great! Will definitely use them again if we need more windows replaced.
Thank you so much Sharron! We are happy to hear that you love your new doors and had a great overall experience working with us. Our customers are the best!
Not impressed. They advertise that they service San Diego County only means Coastal San Diego County. Apparently, Ramona is too far away for them.
Hi Keith, we do install in Ramona, but don't have the bandwidth to schedule sales appts there. The customers we have in Ramona have sent us rough measurements that they took or other window companies took. We can provide pricing based on those. If you're able to send us rough measurements and a couple photos of your existing windows, I can provide you an estimate. If you move forward with us, we'd of course come get production measurements before we build anything. You can email directly if you'd like. [email protected]
We had a great experience with The Window Shoppe. They replaced two large sliding doors and two sliding windows, upgrading us from old aluminum fixtures to modern retrofits. The difference has been immediate; the new doors seal tightly, keeping bugs out and improving insulation.
A huge shoutout to Jose and Enrique for the installation. They went above and beyond, even hoisting the frames up three stories (no easy task) and still managed to finish the job with great attention to detail. Their effort and professionalism really stood out.
Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Window Shoppe.
Thank you so much for review Christopher and for choosing our company for your new windows and doors. So happy we were able to help!
Had 2 windows and a patio slider replaced. Our 2 windows had issues during rainstorms with water leaking through so it was an emergency replacement. Overall was a very good experience. Installation guys were very pleasant and respectful to our property during the install. Took them about 3 - 4 hours for our install. Had about a 3 week holdup in between our install and when we got our patio screen door installed. Overall a very pleasant sales to install experience. Did not try to upsell or pressure us. Will definitely have Window Shoppe replace the rest of our windows at a later date
Hi Annie - thanks so much for leaving a review sharing your experience with us. It was a pleasure working with you and your mom and please reach back out when you're ready to replace the remaining windows. Thanks again!
Great experience, great customer service and great product! Our window install went smoothly. All windows were ready and installed on date promised. Our installers Ian and Josh were friendly, respectful, and on time! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Price was the most competetive!
Thank you so much for the review Carrie and trusting us with your window replacement!
I went to several window company showrooms to see the windows and meet the owners & employees. Hands down, Kyle at The Window Shoppe was the most knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the windows he builds. Better product than the other major window companies. I was able to tour the factory and see how my windows & patio door would be built. Kyle come out, measured and schedule the work. Whole house replacement. Kyle, Brad & Tyler were able to stagger the install to meet my needs. The install was clean and quick. I have worked with many contractors. First time everything was done the way I wanted. First time I did not have to anything to fix. I love my windows & sliding door.
Hi Christine! It's great to hear you had a great experience working with us and love the products we manufactured and installed for you. We appreciate your review!
Kyle and his team of installers Isael and Jose were excellent! We needed new windows in about 3 weeks and this team delivered. They manufacture locally and do both new and retrofit windows. We went with retrofit and have been really happy with the quality and look
Thank you for your review, Apurva! It's always very satisfying when we can help customers that have tight timelines. Thanks again for trusting us with your project!
We decided to upgrade our old single pane windows in our Encinitas home and went with the Window Shoppe because I liked the idea of buying direct from the manufacturer and we didn’t need anything fancy. After speaking with and meeting the owner Kyle, who also came out for the estimate, I felt really good about the choice. He used his own crew for installation and they were GREAT…efficient, friendly, competent, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves! The windows are a HUGE improvement and we are extremely pleased with them. The Window Shoppe…trustworthy, fair price, friendly, small family business.
Hi Belle! Thank you so much for taking time to leave us a great review! I really appreciate it and am glad to hear you had a great experience with my company. :)
