We had a water filtration system
And we had an issue.
They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and go the system repaired within a few days. Malfunctioning parts happen on occasion and their tirn around on repairs was awesome!

While the service was okay, I was very unhappy to be surprised with a $46 fee just to make a payment to them. It was not disclosed at all.

We’re sorry to hear you were surprised by the $46 payment fee. However, this fee was only applied because the payment was made using a credit card. The 3% credit card processing fee was clearly stated as part of the credit card payment option.
We also offered several fee-free payment options, including Zelle, check, and ACH. Had you chosen any of those methods, there would have been no additional payment fee.
Brian was excellent.
Personable and professional.
He explained everything and a pleasure to work with.

Josh came out the first time and didn’t properly fix my leaky toilet. Brian and his son came out the second time-And worked on three projects for me and did an amazing job. Very kind, very thoughtful, very thorough.
