Sunrun

I've been extremely happy with Sunrun since they took over the monitoring for Spruce Financial. Unlike Spruce has gone above and beyond for me. They routinely reach out to me to see if I have any questions or concerns. Also unlike Spruce, Sunrun will run a solar panel production report for me right then and there. I highly recommend Sunrun to anyone looking to install solar panels. There customer service is nothing short of amazing.

The employees of this company cannot read. Or, they continually ignore no soliciting signs and harass residents at their homes. Earlier this week two of their employees names Sebastian and Zac claimed that they were “working on the power plant” and would not leave my elderly disabled grandmothers property for over 10 minutes after being told to leave multiple times. They were also told to leave a month ago, and multiple times last year. Today, I had a sales person trespass on the property TWICE in 30 minutes, past 7:30pm on a week night. Both times, they did so ignoring no soliciting and no trespassing signs. I would NEVER do business with a company who can’t even screen their employees to ensure they can read. The company’s bar is low.

I’ve worked with SunRun on a few occasions and each time was different from the last. This is only because of the professionals I had the privilege of working with made it better each time. They do their homework and commit to making things as transparent as possible and that’s becoming a rare quality amongst organizations these days. Christian has thus far been the best of all the representatives I’ve encountered. He was honest, willing to adjust to my needs and wasn’t about wasting my time. I hope this partnership continues to improve as years go on.

I chose Sunrun for my new home because they installed the solar system in my last home in 2016. I was greatly pleased with Sunrun. They are very professional all around. Their customer care and service teams are superb. Why not go solar? While public utility companies continue to ever-increase energy rates, solar energy is the answer to saving money and helping the environment. Why not go Sunrun? I had a great experience with Sunrun for 10 years. As a returning customer, I recommend Sunrun. It's worth at least giving them a chance to win you over. You literally have nothing to lose.

God awful company that promises good solar panels but give us shady incentives, bogus lies, & would never stop with the stalking.
