I've worked on two projects with Lauren Maus and the crew at Tri-City Carpet. Lauren's professionalism is top-tier, and I especially appreciate that she is patient and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly, and the crew made the process easier.

Tri City carpet does not supply carpet for Apartment complex's. I asked for an estimate for our complex. I was then asked how many units where here. I said 44 units. He said we do not do estimates for apartment complex's. We only do residential homes.

We've lost count of the number of years we have used Tri City for flooring in our home as well as rental properties! Lauren Maus has been our rep on a number of projects and she's a top professional in her knowledge of flooring, customer service and follow-through. We know we can always depend on her to give us her honest opinion of what may or may not work and why. That's huge when you're trying to make a decision on how to get the best bang for your buck in flooring. The whole Tri-City team is exceptional, including the installers!! We can't recommend them enough!
