We were contacted at our home and were unsure about the service due to not knowing of the company. Selecting Elor Energy was a wise decision due to their professionalism and great customer service, Teresa followed up with us until the job was completed! The staff is highly skilled; Anthony the project manager was on site to answer questions. Rafael and his crew insured us that the job will be completed on time. They were very skilled, expedient, on time, and always cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend Elor Energy to anyone who wants their windows replaced.

I'm reviewing only the initial sales interaction--we did not proceed with any service. On 08/11/2026, Sales Manager Arash met us at our home after being referred by an unaffiliated third-party canvasser.
Arash was polite throughout, so my concerns focus on sales methodology:
- Quote began at ~$39,500 with a claimed 180-day validity (later contradicted) - After we declined, price dropped to ~$25k--but required signing that day - Additional conditions: written testimonial, 3 referral contacts, photo releases - When asked how long discounted pricing would last, he refused to answer, saying "we can only be aggressive today"--inconsistent with prior representations - He ultimately left without providing the written quote (brochure only)
The combination of manufactured urgency, contradictory timelines, anxd testimonial-for-discount requirements suggests a high-pressure operation. Others may want to verify pricing transparency before engaging.
