Straight out stood me up. Very unethical. Julian deserves 0 star. Do not waste time on this man.
It’s unfortunate we didn’t get to meet. You said you were shopping around for quotes looking for the best price. We are not the cheapest option sorry but we do great work. We never had you on the schedule as a result of that. Thank you for your time.
We are very happy to have found H2H and Julian. He is prompt, professional and very good at his job.
We were very blessed to have Hand to Handymen company to come work for us. They came and did a super awesome job! 😊We highly recommend this company!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
My gutter separated from my roof. Julian said job would be $500 before even looking at it. When he arrived he had a 6 ft ladder when he knew I had a 2 story house (?) then finished job when he said he was bit by a recluse spider (exterminator says recluse spiders were eradicated from California years ago). Paid in cash - SECOND MISTAKE. Rains came and the gutter is worse than before. Julian will not come back, says I insulted him “as a Christian man” ??????
This company is a SHAM.Get a second opinion and never pay cash!!!!!!
Hello Maureen, we apologize for any miscommunication between you and our technician. We maintain the best equipment available along with highly trained/experienced professionals. We are surprised by your claims that Jr was bit by a "spider" and his "christianity" but when we spoke you wanted a refund due to the "rain gutter" you claimed was leaking into your house. Our legal team have taken the time to review the photos/videos that were taken at your property and have decided to stand by the craftsmanship that was provided. Proud to be locally owned/operated and we appreciate the feedback.
Julian was great! This is the second time he has helped me. Fast at responding to messages and worrying efficiently. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. I truly appreciate that. He has installed bookshelves and put together a couple of beds.
He did a good job at my house working on it
Hand to hand handymen are INCREDIBLE!!!! They are honest, capable and thorough. They have helped me out with both large and small projects and are so good at whatever task is needed and are able to troubleshoot the most complicated projects and find a solution.
They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and complete the job to perfection. I'm very happy a friend recommended them to me, and I trust them with any job inside and outside of my home.
I wish more handymen could be like Hand to hand, as they are a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to contact them, they're the best in the business.
He is really a problem solver!! And on time with all the right tools!
Very positive experience.
