They are violating the law.
They begin working at 7:00 AM, which is one hour earlier than the time noise-producing activities are legally permitted, especially when using leaf blowers.
I have spoken with both the workers on site and the company’s office staff and asked them to be mindful of this issue. Unfortunately, the problem continues to recur.
As a result, I am considering pursuing legal action against the company. I have also photographed and documented the company’s employees and their activities as evidence.
