I love Alive Solar, I bought solar panels from them 2 and a half yrs ago and it's already paid for itself. But I really love about them is their, excellent customer support and the fact that I speak to the same tech support person (Jeremy) every time.
He was part of the team that installed the solar panel, so he knows everything about my account from day one
Today I have powerwall issues, it kept turning on and off for some reason and stopped completely, I reached out to Jeremy and he told me how to go down to the power walls to shut it off and then turn it back on. and to also shut off all unnecessary circuits in the house until the power wall is charged up completely and power is restored from the utility company. Jeremy is one of the most patient people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with because I have to turn the power wall on and off twice because it wasn’t working until the second try.
He stayed on the phone until It was a success the first time, and then a few minutes later the power walls quit again, and I had to call him back.
Again, he stayed on the phone, and this time it was a success without failure.
if you want excellent products and service, I highly recommend alive solar, they are the BEST Solar and service company in all of San Diego!
I thought estimates from other companies before I bought the solar panels from Alive Solar,
The other 5 seriously pale in comparison.
