C2C Restoration SD have been very thorough and attentive to detail as far as what needs to be restored. The staff especially Rick and Francisco were courteous/professional. I’m particularly impressed on how they communicated the process and what expectations I will experience. This is important to me as it provides a piece of mind and a good understanding of what they will be doing. I would highly recommend C2C restoration. Great Job!

Black srm truck this morning on the 78w barely going 60 in the fast lane holding up traffic and not passing anybody. Several cars stuck behind and frustrated.

Richard, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have identified the driver and will meet with him next week to discuss his driving habits and the issues caused in this situation. We do monitor driving behavior through our GPS system and counsel drivers when issues arise. Apologies for this incident and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

ServiceMaster Recovery Management were excellent in their communication, inspection and execution of helping with our major water damage. Rick, Shawn and Austin specifically were a pleasure to deal in helping us understand the situation; they communicated each step of the process and the timeline on those steps, the costs associated with the process, and there were no surprises.

They were always available to take my call and answered any and all questions. Super happy to work with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Most of the time they won’t return our phone calls. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone at this company. They can’t tell me how much stuff they have of mine and they can’t tell me where it’s at or which rooms it came out of most disorganized bunch of people I’ve ever seen.

We worked with SRM recently when our house had a slab leak. This company was extremely professional & great to work with. Sean had great communication and helped to answer all our questions. Definitely went out of his way to ensure we were happy & up to date. We would definitely work with SRM again in the future, thank you so much!

ServiceMaster did an excellent job getting approval from my insurance company and drying our bathroom walls. The recommended a contractor to replace the drywall after completing their remediation work.
